This unique Jim Fox designed 4 BR 4 1/2 BA home has it all and and rests on over 30 acres of nature and privacy. Enter the downstairs level from the carport. A big game room with surround sofa(2 pullout queen size sofabeds), designer pool table, pinp pong table, game table(cards, etc.) all in front of a huge stacked stone fireplace. Two large bedrooms with connecting baths at either end of the huge game room, plus powder room for guests comprise this light, bright floor.

Enter the upstairs by an elevator or open stairway. A spacious living room, dining and kitchen areas await your presence. Vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans throughout this level. Lots of windows, mountain and pasture views, forest and nature trails, play yard with a fort for the children invite the outside into this lovely well-maintained home just 3 miles from Main Street Highlands. Two more bedrooms and connecting baths at either end mirror the first floor. Local Highlands resident carefully upkeeps this home as well as another 4 BR family home on the property (available sometime in the fall).
